Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods or due to the handmade nature of our products. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
Estimated transit times (after processing):

Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days

International: Varies by destination and carrier
- Local Pick Up: Scheduled with customer within a week from order date
Please note: Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Kealakekua area. To select this option:

Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup details and instructions.

Pickup is available by appointment only. We’ll coordinate a time with you via email after your order is ready.
Please note: Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification. If you need to make alternative arrangements, just let us know, we’re happy to help!
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
