How do I care for my ceramic items?

All ceramic pieces are glazed with food safe glazes making them functional for both food or drink. Your pottery is completely dishwasher safe, though hand washing is kinder to your pottery and is recommended to maintain its quality and longevity. Your pottery is safe for the microwave, but is NOT safe for oven use. Quick changes in temperature can cause thermal shock which may result in breakage.

How do I take care of my earrings?

Ceramic earrings are made 14k Gold filled loops or hypoallergenic wire loops for people with sensitive skin. Earring wire specification is labeled on the product information. However, if you have a specific allergy to metal please be aware that your specific allergy to metal may not be accommodated for. Most gentle cleaning solutions are acceptable on earring loops and shouldn’t damage clay or design. Do not use abrasive scrubs to clean earrings, this could cloud the glassy glaze coating.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Can I return my order?

At this time, we are not accepting returns. Please carefully review all photos and descriptions—including size and weight—before placing your order.

My order broke in the mail. Now what?

If your item was damaged during shipping due to packaging or carrier fault, you’ll be reimbursed. All orders are insured—please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery with photos clearly showing damage to both the box and the broken items to be eligible for reimbursement.
